How it works….

Got stuff you don’t want anymore?

Bring it to Serendipity for a store credit or consignment….

Store Credit: If you select “Store Credit” we will purchase your items for a store credit which is deposited into your Serendipity account and can be spent at any time.

At your appointment we will review your items, return to you what we can not accept and then contact you with an offer within 3 days. Once you accept the offer, your Serendipity account would be credited the full amount and available for you to spend at any time.

Consignment: For consigned items, the split will be 60/40 and you will receive your payment at the end of the 90 day contract.

When gathering your items to bring in, please:

1 - Review “Items We Accept” and “Brands We Accept”.

2 - Check your clothing items and make sure they don’t have stains, odors, missing buttons, missing tags, broken zippers, yellowed tags or tags that are written in. Clothing should be clean and pressed if needed.

3 - call us to make an appointment at 770-904-5006.

4 - bring your items in a clean bag, box or other container. For items that wrinkle easily, you may bring those in on hangers. Please write your name on the bags etc.

5 - during your appointment, you may browse the shop while we will review your items. Items that we can not accept will be returned to you before you leave.
